Shivani graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2008, and has over 12 years of experience in representing banks\/financial institutions (domestic and foreign) in respect of restructuring, insolvency and finance matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to joining the Firm, Shivani has worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Mumbai, Link Legal- India Law Services, Delhi, and Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has extensive experience in distressed assets space including restructuring and insolvency, and acquisition of such assets. She has acted for Lenders (CoC and individual), Resolution Professionals, and Bidders in pre-IBC resolutions, CIRP process and liquidation process. She has been recognised as \u2018Notable Practitioner\u2019 by IFLR1000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
