Often\u00a0online games\u00a0involving money are mixed with\u00a0gambling\u00a0and thereby regulated on the same footing despite of several judicial rulings, which explains the distinction between the two. It would have to be seen if the enactment of central legislation, would be able to resolve this inconsistency, and the way forward that the gaming industry would adopt in case of conflict between
