Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India represented ArcelorMittal Group before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in defending the Resolution Plan for CIRP of Odisha Slurry Pipeline Infrastructure Limited (OSPIL) which was challenged by Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited, Mumbai.
